Cynthia brings over 20 years of leadership experience to both
profit and not-for-profit organizations. Her career spans information technology (IT) system development, project management,
training, executive coaching and group dynamics consulting in predominantly service-oriented industries. Cynthia utilizes
transformational strategies to identify and analyze internal and external causes of performance problems, and implement plans
for successful resolution.
Cynthia works with groups and individuals to ascertain the manner in which they will achieve
success. Her holistic approach to the needs and goals of organizations and individuals creates win-win opportunities for both
employers and employees. Through coaching, whether part of an ongoing relationship or a periodic review process, she helps
people to identify objectives, formulate goals, and to identify and face challenges by building on strengths. She motivates
individuals and groups to reach their goals by developing an action plan with them and supporting their accountability to
the plan and their objectives.
For more than a decade, Cynthia has played a major role conducting needs assessments,
making recommendations, and facilitating changes in organizations. Cynthia has actively identified and implemented process
and quality improvement solutions. Her ability to tailor presentations to fit her audience insures that new procedures and
concepts are understood and received with comfort and enthusiasm.
A hands-on professional, Cynthia’s consultative
and interpersonal styles champion all categories of diversity and facilitate personal and professional growth. Cynthia is
a member of International Coach Federation. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems
Management and a Masters of Human Resource and Organization Development with emphasis in Organizational Development. The
University of San Francisco awarded both degrees.
